CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring an IT Support Specialist, Logistics oriented to join our team in Brussels, and to be responsible for providing second level IT support.

Your Missions

You perform as a service desk agent, incident agent and analyst, problem agent and analyst
You are responsible of incident analysis, first and second-line customer liaison with the purpose of maximizing the first call resolution rate
You offer remote and on-site support
You record & track incident information and problem information
You participate in reconfiguration/installation of PC environment
You document operational support procedures
You draft technical content for knowledge database
You are able to perform all tasks of a service desk Operator
You liaise with system administration and database administration for execution of administration tasks
You manage the consumables for printers and Mfds
You are in charge of stock management, monthly counting, unpacking, inventory, waste disposal
You take care of the fleet of printers (local and networks) as well as the multifunction copiers throughout the life cycle (reception, unpacking, inventory, preparation, installation on site

**You replace complex consumables**: toner, staples, etc.
You prepare and configurate smartphones and tablets (Android and iOS)

**Profile**:
You are able to speak and write fluently in English and French, to communicate easily with all the users.
You have excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of confidentiality
You are experienced in IT support and have already worked in a similar position for 3 years
You are user oriented
You are a team player who likes to work in an international environment
You are familiar with ticketing tools, troubleshooting and ITIL guidelines

**You have strong knowledge in system administration consoles**: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS
You have network knowledge
You have strong skills in MS Office 2010 and 2016 (Word&Outlook), Windows 7 and 10 (SCCM)
