Als Business Developer en Inside Sales maak je deel uit van het Sales Team. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om vanuit de Sales Hub te Wijnegem de markt in kaart te brengen van potentiële klanten in Vlaanderen. Je zoekt, vindt, en target (warme en koude) leads op basis van inbound en outbound marketing campagnes. Je krijgt hierin alle vertrouwen en vrijheid om ondernemerschap te tonen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor potenti
_ël_e klanten, en je bent daarnaast verantwoordelijk voor de procesbegeleiding van lead tot order. Je wordt hierin op professionele wijze ondersteund door jouw rechtstreekse leidinggevende, de Sales Manager.

Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Identificeren en kwalificeren van prospects en key decision makers, en het achterhalen van hun behoeften en budget;-
- Het zelfstandig sluiten van deals bij bestaande en nieuwe accounts volgens het Sales Flow Management® process;- Het realiseren van cross
- & upselling bij bestaande accounts;- Het kwalificeren van leads en het maken van (demo-)afspraken voor je collega (Key) Account Managers;- Het voeren van online adviesgesprekken met beïnvloeders en beslissers bij potenti
- _ë_le klanten;- Sales Funnel Management en een correcte opvolging in CRM.

Wie ben jij?- Commercieel en resultaatgericht, je werkt graag met targets en doet er alles aan om deze te behalen.- Communicatief, assertief en relationeel sterk, om zo klanten te kunnen overtuigen om voor STILL te kiezen.- Autonoom, flexibel, hands-on en een ‘zelfstarter’ met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een pragmatische ‘can-do’ mentaliteit.- Gestructureerd, doelgericht en planmatig om vlot op zelfstandige manier te werken.- Problem solver die ‘out-of-the-box’ met klanten en collega’s meezoekt naar oplossingen.- Teamspeler die gedreven, open en aangenaam is in de omgang om binnen een dynamisch team te werken.- Bachelor diploma of equivalent door ervaring;- 2-5 jaar werkervaring in een gelijkaardige commerciële functie;- Affiniteit met “digitale” tools en kanalen alsook ervaring met cross-channel aanpak, door de inzet multi-channel marketing;- Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Engels, kennis Frans is een sterke troef.
