**Loyens & Loeff is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition & L&D Adviser to strengthen its HR team.**

**You will join and complete a 3-member HR team excited to welcome you**

**Your tasks**:

- Oversee Learning & Development programs & initiatives;
- Strategic analysis and optimization of our learning and development programs
- Recruit Medior & Senior Associates, Business Functions, and Management profiles;
- Maintaining and reviewing partnerships with recruitment agencies;
- Enhance employer branding initiatives;
- Develop and implement HR processes and policies;
- Leading in ad-hoc soft HR projects
- Leading and assisting internal recruitment events, onboarding academy and study days.

**Your profile**:

- As a Talent Acquisition & L&D Adviser you use your language skills (Dutch, French and English) on a daily basis;
- You bring 5 years of recruitment or/ and L&D experience, with a background in a service environment (preferably a law firm) being a valuable asset;
- Your dynamic, accessible, openminded but critical personality allows you to hire future top talent;
- With your strong communication, verbal and interpersonal skills you can easily adapt and connect with diverse audiences;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Being part of the HR team, you are always discrete, reliable and flexible.
