Onze klant, LBC tank terminals, is een grote internationale speler actief in opslagfaciliteiten van bulkvloeistoffen (chemicaliën, aardolie, etc.). De opslag hiervan is in terminals, waarvan er 2 in Antwerpen te vinden zijn, beide aan de haven. De andere terminals zijn verspreid over Europa en de Verenigde Staten.
Voor LBC zijn we actief op zoek naar een AR specialist met een eerste werkervaring in finance.
Your challenge
Zorgen voor de juiste facturatie richting klanten, in samenwerking met interne business partners (van afdelingen sales en customer service);
Aanspreekpunt (intern en extern) bij vragen omtrent: klantafspraken, contracten, facturatie, etc.;
Volgens de contractspecificaties factureren van de revenue stromen van de 3 terminals in Antwerpen en Rotterdam;
Verantwoordelijkheid voor het opstellen van juiste en tijdige rapportages op het gebied van revenue op maandelijkse basis (maandafsluit) en jaarlijks naar de externe audits;
Debiteurenbeheer;
Interne audits op de commerciële contracten;
User Acceptance Testing op periodieke releases in de ERP systemen van LBC.
**Profile**:
Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelor of master in een financiële richting;
Je hebt een eerste werkervaring als AP/AR accountant, waar je al hebt meegewerkt aan de maandafsluit;
Je hebt enige interesse in optimalisaties, zodat je actief kan meewerken aan de automatisaties van de systemen binnen LBC;
Nauwkeurigheid is een kenmerk dat jou typeert: je gaat altijd grondig te werk;
Ook communicatief ben je vlot, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels;
Tot slot ben je bereid om 1 keer per week naar de terminal in Rotterdam te reizen.
