**Contexte**:
Notre société est en plein croissance et a besoin d'un(e) office manager.
En tant que « office manager », tu joues un rôle central dans l’organisation en supportant la société dans les tâches administratives, ressources humaines et financière.
Notre mission ? Fournir un support de conseil aux petites, moyennes et grandes entreprises dans les domaines de la Finance et du Procurement. Nous sommes une vingtaine au sein de la société et notre société est en forte croissance. Nous accordons beaucoup d’importance à nos employés et leur bien-être.
**Mission**:
**Administrative/Finance**
- Vérification des factures d’achat avec les différents responsables
- Etablissement des factures de ventes vers les clients sur base des timesheet des consultants
- Suivi des contrats clients et contrats de nos consultants
- Gestion administrative (Mise en place des accords de confidentialité et des contrats avec les consultants, mise à jour des CV en format Altesia, préparation des onboarding, commandes de matériels.)
**Support aux équipes**
- Organiser les events pour nos employés
- Organiser le bon fonctionnement du bureau
- Organiser le bon déroulement de l’arrivée des nouveaux employés
- S’assurer que nos consultants suivent bien leur plan de formation
**Support au département HR - Talent Acquisition**
- Aide à la mise en place d’une stratégie de sourcing afin de construire un pipeline de consultants en fonction des besoins des clients
**Profil ideal**:
- Tu es flexible et tu sais travailler sur diverses taches en parallèle. Tu gères des taches récurrentes en même temps que des projets spécifiques au fur et à mesure qu’ils sont assignés.
- Tu aimes soutenir les autres
- Tu es autonome et proactif et es capable de travailler par toi-même, tout en bénéficiant du soutien et conseil de tes collègues.
- Tu sais prioriser en fonction de l'importance et de l'urgence
- Tu parles couramment le français, le néerlandais ou l’anglais serait un plus
- Tu as eu des rôles similaires dans des contextes similaires
- Tu es à l'aise avec les outils informatiques modernes
- Tu aimes le contact humain et passe au moins 3 jours par semaine au bureau.
