Our client is a leading global licensor in Belgium, overseeing the intellectual property rights for beloved characters created by a renowned artist. The diverse activities span Book Publishing, Audiovisual Distribution, Music, Merchandising & Promotions, and Family Entertainment.
**Your new role**
We are currently looking for a Studio Operations Manager for the in-house studio, overseeing CG and Multimedia, 2D and Book Publishing, Graphic Design & Approvals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient production processes.
- Collaborate with in-house departments and external clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Be the liaison between artists and clients, implementing and improving operational procedures.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions about resource management.
- Oversee financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with clients and in-house departments to meet project needs while managing budgets and timelines.
- Create and manage the studio\'s planning, allocate necessary resources, and improve operational procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the studio\'s Art Directors.
**Your profile**
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of production workflows, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset to address operational challenges.
- Ability to align and motivate team members, work independently, and manage conflicting demands.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products and project management tools.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Project Management or Communications.
- 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Studio Manager, preferably in animation or advertising.
- Bilingual English/French. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
