**Job omschrijving**
Als Quality Assurance Coordinator richt je je op het nauwkeurig opmaken van verklaringen en certificaten voor registratiedoeleinden, het beheren van benodigde documentatie van leveranciers, en het onderhouden van Quality Master Data.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Opstellen van verklaringen en certificaten die nodig zijn voor registratiedoeleinden, zoals hernieuwing van registratie of registratie van nieuwe producten vanuit onze productiesite.
- Toetsen van voorgestelde inhoud voor verklaringen aan de realiteit binnen de productiesite.
- Verzamelen van benodigde brondocumenten ter ondersteuning van de verklaringen.
- Opstellen van certificaten die voldoen aan registratievereisten en/of specifieke marktstandaarden.
- Beantwoorden van vragen met betrekking tot registratie.
- Opvragen en opvolgen van vereiste leveranciersverklaringen, zoals TSE/BSE, residuele solventen, allergenen, enzovoort.
- Assisteren van andere Organon-sites indien nodig.
- Beheren van Quality Master Data.
**Profiel**
- Diploma: Bachelor of gelijkwaardig/master (industrie-apotheker, bio-ingenieur, biochemie, biomedische wetenschappen...)
- Uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid.
- PC-vaardigheid: MS Office-pakket (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Kennis van de farmaceutische industrie is een voordeel.
- Vloeiend in Engels, zowel in spreken als schrijven.
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken en goed functioneren in teamverband.
- In staat om te gaan met een groot volume aan administratief werk.
- Sterk gevoel van verantwoordelijkheid.
- Doorzettingsvermogen en nauwkeurigheid in het werk.
- Interesse in kwaliteit en een analytische geest.
- Goede organisatorische vaardigheden.
