**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Experience in documentation of solutions, maintaining user / administration guides and step-by-step instructions;
- Practical experience in:

- The use of modern concepts and accepted industry standards for configuration management;
- Network operation center or service desk function with customers and user contact;
- Network environment areas with Video and Voice Infrastructure;
- Very good working experience of/with protocols: H.323, SIP, SIPoTLS, HTTP, HTTPs, SSH, Telnet, DNS, SMTP, API, NTP, SNMP;
- Good knowledge of:

- Microsoft AD, Exchange;
- PKI;
- Virtualized infrastructure environments including vSphere software;
- Routed Network Environments and Switching Network Environments;
- Certified Video Engineer, e.g. Poly Certified Video Engineer or CISCO Certified Network Associate Video (CCNA Video) or equivalent industry certification;
- Very good English (oral and written).

**Desirable**:

- Very good knowledge on Poly and Cisco video infrastructure;
- Good knowledge on common monitoring solutions, e.g. nGeniusOne, CA Spectrum;
- Familiarity with a multi-national work environment;
- Industry Certification:

- From Cisco: CCNA - Collaboration, CCNA;
- From VMware: Hyperconverged Infrastructure.

**Duties/role**:

- Providing 2nd level incident support for static and deployable VTC infrastructure through the ITSM ticketing system;
- Working on work order requests;
- Being prepared to do on-call support during out-of-business hours on a rotation basis;
- Being prepared to work outside of business hours if required;
- Ensuring that routine maintenance is performed on VTC elements;
- Performing VTC infrastructure configuration and maintenance activities for all NATO exercises and missions under L3 support guidance;
- Performing any other duties required.
