We are currently looking for a:
**SHARED MOBILITY MANAGER**

MAIN DUTIES

The Shared Mobility Manager is responsible for coordinating and contributing to the knowledge and research activities linked to Shared Mobility in close collaboration with the Combined Mobility Manager and Head of Unit. In particular, the manager will take care of two working bodies of UITP: the On-demand Mobility Committee (OMC) and the Shared Vehicles Committee (SVC).

The key objective is to strengthen the knowledge of UITP and members about shared mobility services and their integration within the wider public transport system, in line with the Integrated Global Work Program (IGWP) of UITP and identified priorities of the sector. The manager is responsible for facilitating exchanges and interactions among different actors of the sector, in particular mobility service providers, authorities and public transport operators.

The Shared Mobility manager works within the new “Shared and Integrated Mobility” Unit of the Knowledge and Innovation Department (K&I) of UITP. Besides the Head of Unit, manager of the Combined Mobility and Shared Mobility Division, the manager will cooperate with other managers, including from other units, like the manager of the “Working Group on Automated Mobility”, as well as colleagues from other departments, e.g. the European Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate the work of the dedicated working bodies and their output (briefs and reports, articles, other) and manage members and chair’s expectations and involvement. In particular:

- Manage the daily functioning of the OMC and SVC, including elections of Chairs, Vice-Chairs, management of members, with the help of the unit officer;
- Manage the organisation of meetings, workshops and seminars dedicated to shared mobility as well as the finalisation of activities output, with the help of the unit officer and with the relevant UITP departments (e.g. communication for publications);
- Manage the work program of each body, budget and capacity plan, in agreement with the Head of Unit.

2. Contribute to EU and third party funded projects:

- Contribute to proposal preparation under the supervision of UITP staff in charge of EU project (Head of third-party projects strategy, K&I Deputy Director ) and the Head of Unit;
- Contribute to technical input and reporting of the project falling under the umbrella of the committee and the unit;
- Support the Head of third-party projects strategy, K&I Deputy Director, the Project coordinator, EU project administrative and financial officer... on relevant administrative and financial matters, such as budget, resources, forecast, financial reporting, project closing

3. Be the main knowledge point of contact for Shared Mobility knowledge contributions, supported by the Head of Unit, and provide input to:

- Internal activities: UITP activities and members (UITP summit, conferences, workshops, seminars, trainings, advocacy ),
- External activities: general cooperation and/or specific partnerships such as participation to cooperative platforms, advocacy activities, events, communication

4. Contribute to membership development and retention, related to shared mobility.
- Be the main contact for the membership team for the development and retention in relation to shared mobility, in coordination with the Head of Unit
- Manage the relationship of 3-5 UITP key accounts
- Serve as main point of contact for those members
- Inform the members about UITP activities
- Help the membership team for late payment, figures request or any issue raised
- Follow up in case of resignation

5. Teamwork and values
- Support public transport and shared mobility as a means for improving the quality of life in cities and other areas, for decarbonising society, and other benefits.

**PROFILE**

This position requires:

- University degree preferably in urban or transport planning, political science or law
- Knowledge of shared mobility - specific technical knowledge such as legal education is an asset
- Ability to engage and coordinate international groups of stakeholders and experts, via meetings, workshops and other activities, with the goal to capture, develop and disseminate useful knowledge for the sector
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to an audience
- Good organizational skills, structured way of working, autonomy
- Leadership, consensus-building and diplomatic skills to conciliate the different interests of the actors to move positio
