**Duties**:
- Plan, manage, implement, and assess of all Cybersecurity related compliance to ensure Mission Partners complete and sustain their cybersecurity posture.
- Conduct risk and vulnerability assessment of planned and installed information systems to identify vulnerabilities, risks, protection needs, and determine effective corrective measures.
- Develop detailed recommendations, promote awareness of security issues, and participate in network and system designs.
- Develop and utilize policy and procedure to ensure implementation of mandatory technical standards, information systems reliability and accessibility, and to prevent and defend against unauthorized access to systems, networks, and data.

**Conditions of Employment**:
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- The employee must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance.
- This position requires the employee to occasionally travel (in the most expedient manner) away from the normal duty station 75% of time. Government regulations will be followed for all official travel.
- The employee must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. Passport.
- Must pass urinalysis testing, as required prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- Sustainment training is required as needed to keep the IA\IT professional proficient in their job duties.
- Position Requires the Ability to lift 20 lbs.
- Obtain and maintain a TMP driver's license.

- To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by utilizing computer/network security principles and methods to monitor and evaluate systems compliance with IT security requirements, to recognize security breaches, to conduct network assessments and security event analysis, and to perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of network systems, computers, servers, and data communication equipment and software; using cybersecurity/information system security regulation standards to evaluate the effectiveness of systems, devices, procedures, and methods, used to safeguard all automated systems, classified and privacy data in computer accessible media and to develop, implement, coordinate and review security plans, policies, and procedures; Reviewing cybersecurity/information system security regulation standards to evaluate the effectiveness of systems, devices, procedures, and methods, used to safeguard all automated systems, classified and privacy data in computer accessible media and to develop, implement, coordinate and review security plans, policies, and procedures.
- The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the four competencies, as defined:

Examples of IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: resolving routine and non-routine problems, questions, or complaints; developing and maintaining strong, mutually supportive working relationships with customers; conducting evaluation of support to determine quality of services and customer satisfaction, and recommending procedural changes based on customer need or changes in policy and/or regulation.
- **(3) Oral Communication** - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
