Voor een logistieke topspeler in de regio Berchem zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een
**Senior Forwarder Africa**. Heb je de nodige ervaring voor deze uitdaging?

**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Als ervaren forwarder behandel je zelfstandig de** complexe dossiers van A tot Z**.
- Hierbij ligt de focus op **import & export**, en binnen **FCL**, **LCL**, **Roro** & **breakbulk/project** cargo.
- Je onderhoudt de communicatie met alle **stakeholders**, zoals **agenturen**, **rederijen**, **klanten** enz.
- Je voldoet aan alle wettelijke invoer verplichtingen op bestemming zoals **waivers**, **pre-shipment inspections**,...
- Je werkt **zelfstandig** en hebt de **beschikking** over een **administratieve** **werkkracht** om bepaalde taken die jij toewijst uit te voeren.
- Je werkt **voornamelijk op Afrika**, naargelang de noden en behoeften van de klant.
- Je onderhoudt** commerciële contacten** met klanten en leveranciers.

**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:

- Je hebt een **logistieke** **opleiding** genoten, en hebt al **5 jaar **gewerkt als **forwarder waar je in aanraking bent gekomen met Afrika bestemmingen.**:

- Je hebt al ervaring met** project cargo in ocean freight**.
- Je bent** dynamisch ingesteld **en hebt een groot ondernemersgehalte waar je **opportuniteiten** kan spotten.
- Je bent een echte **teamplayer**, die ook autonoom kan opereren.
- Als ervaringsdeskundige ben je vlot in het** Nederlands, Engels en Frans**. Andere talen zijn een plus.
