**YOUR CHALLENGE as a**Project Manager Deployment Electric Mobility**:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end deployment of public and semi-public DC charging infrastructure across Belgium—from contract signature to commissioning.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead projects through planning, permitting, procurement, and execution, ensuring seamless deployment
- Ensure success by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope, while managing risks and maintaining high safety standards
- Coordinate stakeholders including site owners, grid operators, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Drive problem-solving, proactively identifying and resolving challenges while optimizing costs
- Support Business Development, providing technical expertise in pre-sales and project selection
- Enhance digital tools, improving project tracking and efficiency
- Collaborate internationally, sharing insights and best practices with ENGIE teams across Europe

- You are responsible for the safe, on-time, on-budget and on-scope delivery of the projects as well as for the diligent follow-up of the projects in ENGIE Vianeo digital project management tools.

**YOUR PROFILE as a**Project Manager Deployment Electric Mobility**:
- **Master** (preferably in a technical field) or equivalent level of acquired expertise
- **Project Management**: Strong background in **technical deployment** or **infrastructure projects**, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- **EV Charging Knowledge**: Experience in **EV charging technologies**, deployment, and CPO platforms is a plus
- **Languages**: Bilingual **NL/FR**; good English proficiency is a plus
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- **Problem-Solving & Ownership**: Proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented, with a **customer-focused** mindset
- **Leadership & Teamwork**: Results-driven, responsible, and able to **lead and train** technical teams
