**Xpert 54 est à la recherche d'un Head of Assets and Projects pour un de ses clients actif de le secteur de la chimie ( sur site Seveso seuil haut).**

**VOTRE RÔLE**:
**Le Head of Assets and Projects **est responsable de l'entretien, de l'amélioration et de la fiabilisation des installations.

Votre rôle sera de:

- gérer les projets impliquant les équipements de l'usine et le bâtiment/installations.
- gérer une équipe multidisciplinaire qui assure l’efficacité des lignes de production dans le respect des exigences EHS.
- Réaliser des projets d’amélioration, respecter les budgets et les délais.

**VOS RESPONSABILITES**:
**1**:_ **Le management**:_

Le Head of Assets and Projects a un rôle de manager, il pilote l’ensemble de l’équipe Maintenance et Projets.

A ce titre, vos tâches seront les suivantes:

- Superviser le planning de son équipe ;
- Appliquer les politiques RH de l’entreprise, notamment en matière d’évaluation de performances, de développement des membres de l’équipe (EHS, technique,...)et de discipline ;
- Participer au recrutement des membres de son équipe ;
- Gérer son équipe de manière à promouvoir un esprit d’équipe et de solidarité, une motivation individuelle et une responsabilisation des personnes ;
- **2: le respect strict des règles EHS du site**:_

Dans ce cadre les principales responsabilités du Head of Assets and Projects sont:

- Définir les programmes de maintenance et présenter des solutions techniques afin d’assurer la disponibilité maximale des équipements et des infrastructures;
- Planifier les actions de maintenance préventive ;
- Assurer le suivi et le respect du budget dévolu aux actions de maintenance curative, préventive et améliorative ;
- Participer à la définition des CAPEX techniques et à la mise en œuvre de certains d’entre eux ;
- Participer à la conception des équipements - infrastructures ;
- Superviser la réalisation des P&ID ;
- Valider les choix d’équipements et les spécifications du projet pour l’acquisition des équipements et services requis pour les projets dont il a la charge ;
- Contribuer à l’obtention des autorisations réglementaires requises ;
- Planifier la mise en œuvre des projets et en assure le suivi ;
- Coordonner les différents corps de métier et les études techniques, en fonction des instructions techniques, des normes et des règles et consignes EHS ;
- Participer au CPPT ;
- Respecter les délais dans les tâches de maintenance curative, préventive et améliorative
- Ratio maintenance préventive / maintenance curative
- En collaboration avec son supérieur, le Head of Assets and Projects contribuer à l’amélioration continue du site et participer activement à la réduction des coûts.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous possédez un diplôme d’ingénieur en électromécanique
- Vous êtes fort d’une expérience de 5 à 10 années dans le secteur industriel ainsi qu'en management d'équipe
- Vous possédez également une expérience confirmée dans la gestion de la maintenance et en gestion de projets de préférence en entreprise du secteur de la métallurgique ou de la chimie
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais parlé et écrit
- Vous connaissez la réglementation EHS
- Vous connaissez les logiciels de CAO
- Vous avez de l’expérience en GMAO
- Vos principaux atouts sont : la gestion de budgets, la capacité de prise de décisions, l'esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, l'anticipation, la gestion du stress
- Vous utilisez la suite Office
