**The position**

LIZY is looking for a **Head of Purchasing** to join our team.
- You'll get the entrepreneurial challenge of a lifetime while being able to start with a proven business model and generous funding.
- You will lead our purchasing efforts across Europe, which have been growing double digit month on month.
- You’ll be responsible for all things purchasing: capital allocation across channels/ geographies, building relationships with the right B2B suppliers, negotiating large deals, KPI setting and tracking, etc.
- You’ll build your talent-dense team of A-players.

**‍‍️About you**

We’re looking for someone with a very strong work ethic who is insanely curious, has excellent analytical skills and is a great relationship builder. These are the most important traits that will determine your success.
- **Experience**: You have 5+ years of experience as a top performer in a purchasing or remarketing role at a trader, OEM, LeaseCo, or similar organizations.
- **Work ethic**: people describe you as hardcore because you do everything you need to get the job done without ever settling.
- **Curiosity**:you’re insanely curious and love learning new things. You thrive when solving complex problems.
- **Analytical skills**: you’re able to quickly process large and complex amounts of information and draw well-reasoned conclusions.
- **Entrepreneurial**: You love building things, solving complex problems and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
- **Hands-on**:You dive straight in into issues and opportunities and take full ownership to push things through completion.
- **Fluent in English.** Other languages are a plus.
