Since Day 1, we have cultivated the culture of building delightful experiences for our customers by leveraging technology. The complexity & hence the improvement potential in the leasing experience can be compared to sectors like fintech & insurtech. We’re well on our way to crafting our own Revolut-like success story.
Our accomplishments thus far have set us apart from traditional players. Some concrete examples to illustrate our trajectory so far:
- Automating pricing & offer generation processes, a task that takes competitors multiple days
- Implementing AI-powered scanning & processing of parking fines (vs. manual handling by dedicated teams)
With exponential growth in recent quarters and a recent successful fundraising round, we stand at an exciting inflection point to accelerate our mission to set a new standard for efficiency, convenience and user experience in SME mobility. Accelerating this mission will require you to scale and scope the product team, manage cross-functional collaboration, formalize product strategy, organize customer discovery, scale shipment velocity and build a culture of empowered excellence.
We are looking for a **product leader** with a strong track record who can take full ownership in owning this trajectory in close collaboration with our visionary CPO. The first assignment will be to demonstrate product management qualities by setting up a new squad. As time progresses, more and more managerial & leadership responsibilities will be handed over.
**Your profile**
You have a track-record of delivering multiple high-quality work streams within complex and challenging environments with a strong bias for action. You have a profound admiration for the power of technology and feel comfortable discussing practical concepts with software engineers.
Former work experience includes a leadership role in a fast-growing scale-up product management organization.
We expect you to be top performer in the following domains:
- **Roadmap & prioritization**:You are expected to create, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap based on customer discovery insights. This means breaking down large goals into actionable items and ensuring they align with the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). You'll work closely with the design and engineering leads to refine and adjust the backlog as necessary.
- **Translate complexity into clarity**:Your role involves collecting requirements and needs from stakeholders across all levels of the organization. You will use your analytical & structuring skills to challenge these needs, ask critical questions, and translate them to crystal-clear initiatives.
- **Hiring, managing and coaching** new product managers in the following years.
- **Scale our ambitious culture of excellence**: Give perspective and paint a compelling vision for our development team to leverage all the brains in our organization to develop the best tech solutions for our customers.
- **Stakeholder management & communication**:You will be responsible for creating and upholding collaborative relationships with various departments within the company, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance. You’ll be the internal ambassador to communicate on changes and progress throughout the company.
- **Discuss Software Engineering Concept**s with your engineering counterparts**: You should have a basic understanding of modern software engineering practices and principles. This will enable you to communicate effectively with technical team members and understand the technical aspects of the product development process.
