Voor dit departement zijn zij op zoek naar een Head of Department . In deze rol zal je in het begin voornamelijk focussen op operationele taken, om vervolgens een eigen team samen te stellen.


  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategisch businessplan voor de zorgsector + opmaken en opvolgen van jaarbudget.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met klanten, zorgpartners en kandidaten.
  • Prospectie, afsluiten en bewaken van contracten en kwalitatieve dienstverlening van de klanten.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: innovatie werving- & selectieprocessen toepassen die inspelen op de behoeften.

  • Minstens 4 jaar ervaring in recruitering in de zorgsector
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Goede communicatieve en sales vaardigheden.
  • Leidinggevende vaardigheden.
