**Tasks**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Success and Satisfaction**
- Develop and execute a customer success strategy to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs and ensure the timely delivery of data solutions.
- Actively gather client feedback and address concerns with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in collaboration with the CEO to support business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

**Data Quality Management**
- Conduct benchmarking to assess and enhance the quality of Inoopa’s data offerings compared to industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors.
- Define and monitor data-related KPIs to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable insights to clients.
- Drive initiatives to automate and optimize data processing workflows for improved efficiency.

**Operational and Process Optimization**
- Establish and refine processes to streamline client onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align priorities, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.
- Implement tools and systems to monitor and report on operational performance.
- Ensure that all operational processes align with the company’s strategic goals.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Proven experience in customer success, data quality management, or operations roles in a startup or SME environment, preferably in B2B services or data management.
- Skills: Proficient in data tools, visualization platforms, and CRM systems. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Degree in Business Management, Finance, Data Science, or equivalent.
- Languages: Trilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is required.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment, with a hands-on approach and a passion for delivering client value.

**Main Tasks**:

- Manage and maintain strong post-sale client relationships, ensuring alignment with deliverables.
- Optimize and automate operational processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assess internal data quality and implement strategies to ensure competitive excellence.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO (focused on business development) and operational teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.

**Background**:

- Experienced Customer Success Manager or Data Analyst with a strong inclination for client follow-up in a data-driven environment.
