Enaos, a software development company based in Douzy (France) and Brussels is seeking a dynamic and customer success-oriented specialist to join its team. As a pioneer in the funeral industry, Enaos specializes in the development of digital services and products. Founded in 2000, the company aims to preserve the memories of departed loved ones. It offers various services such as administrative support after a loss, a family portal, and numerous other useful tools for funeral homes and families. By joining Enaos, you will play a crucial role in our expansion by building a completely new customer team.
Tasks
- Providing technical support and assistance to sales for the onboarding of new clients
- Resolving customer issues and concerns quickly and efficiently
- Building the future of personalized support for the Enaos family portal
- Gathering customer feedback and organizing it effectively for communication with the development team.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Customer Success Specialist or in a similar role
- Previous experience as a team manager
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Fluency in written and spoken French
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as account management, consulting, customer success, sales, or similar.
- Proficiency in English, with fluency in French
- Significant experience in SaaS and a good understanding of IT solutions
