In 2019 is **TwinnTax** opgericht. Het doel is om de handmatige taken van Belgische accountants te automatiseren, zodat ze tijd kunnen besparen en nieuwe inkomsten kunnen genereren. En dat werkt Meer dan 1 000 accountants gebruiken al dagelijks TwinnTax.
Sluit je aan bij ons team van 5 personen in onze kantoren in Brussel en werk nauw samen met onze 12 externe ontwikkelaars. Neem actief deel aan onze groei en profiteer van een aantrekkelijk salarispakket in een motiverende werkomgeving.
**Je verantwoordelijkheden** zijn divers:
- Je organiseert en geeft demonstraties aan klanten, voornamelijk via videoconferentie en af en toe ter plaatse.
- Je traint klanten in het gebruik van nieuwe functies.
- Je neemt deel aan verschillende evenementen (conferenties, beurzen, trainingen, enz.) met klanten/prospects.
- Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van de applicatie door de behoeften en opmerkingen van klanten door te geven.
- En wanneer spontane verzoeken van klanten afnemen, bijvoorbeeld tijdens de BTW-periodes, voer je commerciële en marketingacties uit.
Je bereidt tutorials voor over de applicatie. Je zorgt voor een aanwezigheid op relevante sociale media. Je schrijft blogartikelen voor SEO- of marketingdoeleinden. Je identificeert potentiële klanten en voert marketingcampagnes uit om hen te bereiken.
**Met wie?**
Dagelijks werk je samen met de twee oprichters, evenals met je directe collega's die dezelfde functie hebben als jij. Je hebt ook contact met de 12 externe ontwikkelaars via Slack.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Nederlandstalig, **je kunt een gesprek voeren in het Frans.**:
- Je bent gemotiveerd om je volledig in te zetten voor je baan en bij te dragen aan de groei van het bedrijf.
- Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt om te communiceren met sommige van je collega's in het buitenland.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor in financiën, management, boekhouding OF je hebt interesse en/of kennis van boekhouding/financiën.
- Ervaring in klantgericht werk is een pluspunt.
