Senior Customer Success Officer

In de boeiende functie van Customer Success Officer ben je de sleutel tot tevredenheid en succes van onze klanten binnen de Fleet-sector. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige klantreis, waarbij je zorgt voor uitstekende coördinatie en service. Als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze Fleet-klanten, sta je klaar om hun vragen te beantwoorden, problemen op te lossen en proactieve ondersteuning te bieden, met als doel hun ervaring met ons te optimaliseren.
**Wat je gaat doen**:
- Je beheert relaties met Fleet-klanten en bouwt deze verder uit.
- Je treedt op als het centrale contactpunt voor Fleet Managers.
- Je zet je in voor effectieve communicatie, organiseert meetings met Fleet Managers en zorgt voor de nodige opvolging.
- Je biedt advies op maat, afgestemd op de specifieke behoeften en situaties van onze klanten.
- Je hebt grondige kennis van onze producten en diensten en deelt deze kennis om klanten te adviseren.
- Je adviseert over laadoplossingen die passen bij de technische eisen, rijgewoonten en infrastructuur van de klant.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat laadstations op afstand volledig functioneel zijn, waarbij je problemen oplost en systemen activeert.
- Je werkt aan klantbehoud door aanvullende diensten en producten te bieden.
- Je leeft de Gedragscode en interne richtlijnen van ons bedrijf na.
- Je draagt bij aan onze kennisbank en helpt mee aan het opstellen van FAQ's.
- Je creëert gepersonaliseerde aanbiedingen en facturen, rekening houdend met promoties en fiscale voordelen.
- Je behandelt klachten en past hierbij de bedrijfspolicies toe.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel in woord als geschrift.
- Je bent bedreven in het gebruik van softwaretools zoals ERP en CRM.
- Je hebt een coachende houding en geeft constructieve feedback.
- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands en Frans) is een must; Engels is een plus.
- Ervaring in klantensucces of accountmanagement, vooral in hernieuwbare energie of automotive, is een plus.
- Kennis van laadstations of elektrische systemen geeft je een voorsprong.
