ARHS Spikeseed is looking for a Microsoft Exchange Specialist for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Energy Sector with increasing new projects.
**Role & responsibilities**
- Before and during migration:
- Analyzing and documenting the current on-prem solutions (2 different environments in 2 domains), proposing a migration plan and test / demonstrating the “To Be” solution, including all third-party solution implemented (or equivalent).
- Executing the migration plan.
- After migration:
- Managing and monitoring on day-to-day basis all installed Exchange systems and infrastructure for both on-premises and cloud.
- Maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies (where needed).
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Liaising with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and associated training plans for system administration and appropriate use.
- Training the rest of the product team to support the solution.
- Participating in the design of information and operational support systems.
**Qualifications** Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of German, French, or Dutch is considered an asset.
**Technical skills**
- Proven **working experience** in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting **Microsoft Exchange on-premises and cloud-based** environments.
- Proven experience of **MS Exchange** environment **migration** (on-prem to cloud) in a multi domains setup.
- Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies, in particular Microsoft solutions.
- Knowledge and Expertise with **MailMarshall** Spam console, **Zertificon** mail encryption solution or equivalent.
- Solid Experience with conditional access management, and app protection.
- Experience with monitoring systems.
- Solid scripting and PowerShell skills.
- Knowledge in **AD, Azure AD and M365** in general is a big plus.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications would be advantageous.
