Om onze groei verder vorm te geven zijn wij op zoek naar een Ondernemende Managing Director om samen met de Raad van Bestuur de groeidoelstellingen operationeel te implementeren. Your function Als Managing Director heb je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de gehele organisatie en neem je de leiding om Metaplex klaar te maken voor de volgende 50 jaar. Je stuurt het bedrijf aan op alle vlakken en wordt het gezicht van de onderneming, zowel intern en extern. Je bepaalt samen met de RvB de visie en toekomstige internationale strategie van Metaplex. De focus daarbij ligt op groei en verdere professionalisering door onder meer digitalisering om een “laser-focused” organizatie uit te bouwen. - Je vertaalt de strategie naar concrete doelstellingen en acties. - Je bouwt samen met het team aan efficiënte operationele processen zodat klanten ten allen tijden een topservice krijgen. - Je neemt de lead in de verdere informatisering en digitalisering van de operationele en commerciële flow. Ook de verdere uitbouw van ons ERP-systeem (Odoo) is een project waar je met veel plezier je tanden in zet.
Jij zorgt voor de nodige maandelijkse managementrapportering, budgettering & forecasting en wordt hierin bijgestaan door een externe accountant. - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het HR-beleid en zet daarbij in op retentie van het huidige talent in de organisatie en het aantrekken van nieuwe toptalenten. - Als people manager met hands-on mentaliteit sta je kort bij je medewerkers; aanwezigheid op de vloer, creëren van draagvlak voor verandering en stimuleren van een positieve werksfeer zijn inherent aan je rol als KMO manager. - Je bent erg commercieel ingesteld en geniet ervan om deals te winnen door klanten de best mogelijke ervaring of customer journey te bezorgen. - Vanuit jouw interesse houd je vinger aan de pols in de internationale markt; je spot nieuwe trends, ontwikkelingen of vragen uit de (internationale) markt en onderzoekt hoe Metaplex hierin een rol kan spelen om business te creëren. - Je detecteert mogelijkheden voor innovatie en ontwikkeling en bouwt verder aan bestaande relaties met partners. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de aangeboden producten en diensten. - Je rapporteert aan de Raad van Bestuur, waar je zelf deel van uitmaakt.
