**Company description**We are looking for a Product Owner to work within a team of 10 experts for an online bank. The Product Owner guides the team through the product backlog towards building the right product considering the vision, planning and budget of the business, customers or users.
You will ensure that the final product provides the most value possible to the stakeholders and the organization as a whole. You will provide guidance in terms of what has to be delivered for each feature and in which priority. 30% of your time will be allocated for maintenance of current processes and 70% for new projects, improvements and initiatives.
**Description of the function**The Product Owner role requires certain skills and characteristics, including:
- Coordinating Business Analysts
- Putting together a roadmap for next year
- Stakeholder management
- Working in Agile release train of 4 months
- The Product Owner will build a coherent roadmap in line with the company strategy and long-term vision. You will challenge the needs of the different stakeholders in order to define what can or can't be delivered in the requested timeframe.
- You will analyze with the Business Analyst an AS-IS situation, propose improvements and indicate a sense of priority.
- You will identify the impediments and dependencies with other teams.
**Profile description**:
- Experience in daily banking sector: SEPA and non-SEPA moneywires, SEPA Direct Debit, PSD2, payment schemes and rulebooks, Open Banking initiatives payment-related, etc.
- Regulatory knowledge in the banking sector is a plus

**EXPERIENCE**:
- Working experience of 7 years
- Banking experience of minimum 5 years
- Working in an IT environment is a plus
- Working in an agile environment is a plus.
