- Formation universitaire ou formation équivalente avec de fortes capacités analytiques ;
- Maîtrise et pratique du français et de l’anglais ;
- La connaissance du langage SQL est un atout ;
- Capacité de leadership.

**Activités**
- Appuyez sur les touches espace ou entrée pour alterner la visibilité de la section.Le Product Owner (Customer Contracts) (h/f/x) est en charge des activités suivantes:

- Responsable des modules applicatifs liés à la gestion des contrats dans notre ERP (build & run):

- Détermine les priorités concernant ses produits ;
- Responsable de la qualité des données concernant son périmètre (contrat/site/ean) ;
- Personne de contact privilégiée en cas de projet impactant son périmètre ;
- Responsable de la communication vers les stakeholders concernant les évolutions de ses produits ;
- Collabore activement en cas d’incident sur son périmètre applicatif ;
- Responsable de la qualité et de l’exhaustivité des données (client & site) liées à son périmètre.
- Responsable de l’interface entre les équipes métier & IT concernant son périmètre:

- Elabore, en collaboration avec les stakeholders, la feuille de route de ses produits ;
- Responsable de la gestion et du suivi des demandes IT concernant ses produits ;
- Challenge les solutions proposées par les équipes IT ;
- Coordonne le testing des solutions mises en place ;
- Collabore de façon étroite avec tous les autres départements au sein de l’entreprise, en particulier avec les autres Product Owner.

- Des modules applicatifs liés à la gestion des contrats dans notre ERP (build & run) ; les applicatifs internes tels que : EL1, Regstar (post-validation*), l’outil Move ;
- De l’interface entre les équipes métier & IT ;
- De la qualité et de l’exhaustivité des données (client & site) liées aux contrats clients ;
- L’initiation et la livraison de projets business et IT à valeur ajoutée et en lien avec la gestion des contrats.
