As a Digital Product Owner, play a pivotal role in this transformation by leading the digital strategy for our Public Website and relevant digital technologies, aligning product visions with company goals, and managing agile teams to bring these visions to life.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with organizational ambitions, focusing on the digital entities under your purview.
- **Product Backlog Management**: Prioritize and manage the product backlog for one or two Agile teams, ensuring tasks are aligned with the strategic goals and value creation.
- **Stakeholder Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact between end-users, business owners, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs and feedback are incorporated into the product strategy.
- **Agile Management**: Define sprint goals, manage priorities within Program Increment Planning (PIP), and ensure alignment with the overall Epic/Feature backlog. Lead user story refinement and evaluate product progress at each iteration.
- **Team and Dependency Management**: Direct, coach, and develop the scrum team, promoting improvements in efficiency and delivery. Collaborate within a larger release train or program structure to manage dependencies and align planning efforts across teams.

**Tasks**:

- Translate company and departmental ambitions into a practical and coherent product vision.
- Effectively communicate the product vision and goals to Agile teams, ensuring a shared understanding and commitment.
- Propose a value-based, prioritized backlog for every Program Increment Planning, aligned with stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize sprint backlogs, providing sprint goals for Agile teams.
- Organize alignment sessions and demos to gather stakeholder feedback, adjusting the product backlog as necessary.
- Accept the product as built by the team for deployment, choosing the appropriate times for release.
- Facilitate stakeholder management to ensure the voice of the business, end-user, and customer is reflected in the product strategy.
- Coordinate with the Product Manager, other POs, Agile teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth intra and cross-team collaboration and dependency management.
- **Education**: Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Technology, or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years managing Agile teams and 3 years in a digital domain (Product Owner, solution designer, technical analyst, etc.).
- **Skills**:

- Strong customer orientation, with excellent coaching and motivational skills.
- Ability to maintain a high-level perspective (Helicopter view), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven networking and teamwork capabilities, with a flexible approach to managing priorities.
- Decision-making abilities, proactive and purposeful attitude.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Proficiency in Jira, Miro, Agile methodologies (Scrum, SaFE), with a Product Owner certification being advantageous.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in French or Dutch, with a strong command of English.
