**Intro**: Onze klant is op zoek naar versterking om hun team rond GIS-software verder uit te breiden.
Specifiek zoeken ze iemand die zijn/haar/X kennis wil uitbreiden rond ESRI-software en die ondersteuning biedt aan zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten. Wij bieden hiervoor software aan op maat van de wensen en noden van onze klanten.

**Functieomschrijving**:
- Je begeleidt mee de implementatie van onze software bij klanten en geeft onder andere opleiding aan klanten over het gebruik van onze software.
- Daarnaast help je mee bij het aanpassen en verbeteren van onze software volgens nieuwe wettelijke vereisten en gewijzigde gebruiksnoden.
- Je test nieuwe softwareversies en documenteert hierover.
- Je onderhoudt commerciële contacten met klanten en prospecten en analyseert waar ze naar op zoek zijn.
- Je geeft duidelijke presentaties over de softwareoplossingen die wij kunnen bieden.
- Je stelt nauwkeurig offertes op, zorgt dat de klanten duidelijk begrijpen wat ze mogen verwachten en je zorgt nadien voor de commerciële opvolging.
**Functie eisen**:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een hogere opleiding op masterniveau genoten, zoals een Master in Geografie, Bio-Ingenieur of Industrieel Ingenieur.
- Je hebt een eerste werkervaring achter de rug met ESRI-software.
- Je kunt je snel inwerken in de materie en het reglementaire kader dat aan de basis ligt van de softwaretoepassingen begrijpen.
- Je bent in staat om wetgeving te interpreteren en toe te passen in de praktijk.
- Na de inwerkperiode kun je zelfstandig werken, maar werk je ook nauw samen met je teamgenoten om een optimaal functionerende helpdesk te garanderen.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect, en een goede kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
**Functie aanbod**: Je ontvangt een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3000 en €3700, gebaseerd op jouw kennis en ervaring. Daarnaast geniet je van een uitgebreid pakket aan extralegale voordelen, waaronder:
- Maaltijdcheques ter waarde van €7 per gewerkte dag.
- Ecocheques ter waarde van €250 per jaar.
- Een netto onkostenvergoeding.
- Een hospitalisatieverzekering.
- Een groepsverzekering.
- Mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken tot 2 dagen per week.
- Flexibele werktijden.
- 20 verlofdagen aangevuld met 12 extra ADV-dagen.

Als product owner voor GIS-toepassingen maak je deel uit van ons ervaren team van productbeheerders, dat zich specifiek richt op het ondersteunen van onze klanten op het gebied van Geografische Informatiesystemen (GIS).
