The Technology Design Customer Interface Marketing Team has the great pleasure in developing and deploying strategic content to build our portfolio of Livestock Technology Brands. We share the goal to be the best animal health company in the world and work with a common purpose to motivate our customers to adopt our unique portfolio of technology solutions, connect animals to our cloud and inspire partnerships from farm to fork which empower a safe and more sustainable food supply.

You will work closely with the marketing team to establish and grow our technology solutions. This is a complex and exciting role which should deliver for any marketer who is up for a challenge and looking to make their mark.
International travel will be required.
This role requires an innovative thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and at times unstructured environment as they lead and influence cross functional global teams.
**Core Responsibilities will include**
- Work with Marketing Lead and the broader team to establish and communicate the selling proposition of our product
- Working with tight budgets and often in a fast-paced environment, bring the brand offer to market with insight and innovative solutions which grab attention and engage our co-workers and the target audience.
Deliver the Plan
- Develop and deliver the plan ensuring that propositions, playbooks, and toolkits drive awareness and understanding of our potential as “Best Choice.”
- Support local teams with brand activation and deployment.
- Lead and manage agencies and co-worker engagement to develop and deliver marketing collateral which inspires and engages our target audience across all relevant media.
- Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to develop executional support materials e.g. product guides, tooltips, knowledge base articles, videos etc to support commercial pitch and customer training.
- Collaborate with team members to design and manage effective digital content and traffic plan, including social media content and presence across all channels.
- Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to ensure compliant product branding and to provide branding support during the product launch process.
**Key competences**
- With a minimum of 5 years marketing experience, ideally at international level, this role would suit someone who wants to make their mark in delivering a first and best in class solution.
- Strong Customer or Consumer led marketing experience is required.
- Experience in effective customer marketing is welcomed.
- Ability to work with various marketing channels.
- Familiar with insight led traditional and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with local or specific market culture.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proactive, being able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient and able to stay focused in a high change environment.
- Strong social media and social networking capability with a deep understanding of what works in different sectors.
