**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Project Management**:
- Lead projects in the field of IT infrastructure (operations).
- Participate in the definition and implementation of technical projects to support a cloud service offering.
- Ensure operational follow-up of infrastructure projects (network, DB, hosting).
**Program Management**:
- Supervise multiple projects grouped into programs, from the pre-study phase to operational production, while respecting deadlines, technical, and budget constraints.
- Identify providers and experts, define the project charter, and set up the project organization.
- Coordinate the execution, testing, and training phases, and ensure the follow-up of production implementation.
**Technical Skills and Methodologies**:
- Master cloud concepts (AWS, Azure) and the main services offered.
- Use project management methodologies (Prince 2, PMBOK, Scrum) and project management tools (Planisware).
- Manage the phases of drafting analyses, specifications, offers, and orders.
**Analysis and Reporting**:
- Conduct or supervise pre-analyses and risk analysis.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting for specific needs and consolidate an operational opinion on business projects.
**Desired Profile**:
**Experience and Technical Skills**:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a project manager in modernizing an organization's IT infrastructure.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, particularly related to networks (design and architecture, firewalls).
- Good knowledge of cloud services and containerization and CI/CD tools.
- AWS and/or Azure certification is a plus.
**Project Management Skills**:
- Mastery of project management methodologies (Prince 2, PMBOK) and Agile (Scrum).
- Knowledge of public procurement processes and related budget operations.
**IT Architecture Skills**:
- General knowledge in IT infrastructure domains (network, storage, backup, virtualization, Windows/Linux OS, databases, middleware, security, IAM and Directory, monitoring).
- Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
**Interpersonal and Organizational Skills**:
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate a complex organization.
- Perfect communication in French, both oral and written.
- Strong autonomy, team spirit, and results orientation.
