Je maakt deel uit van het corporate marketingteam onder leiding van Steve, waar we streven naar heldere en inspirerende communicatie binnen Attentia. Samen met gedreven collega’s zet je je in om onze strategische verhaallijnen intern te verankeren. Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders zoals directie, management, HR en projectleiders.

**Zo ziet jouw nieuwe job eruit**:
- Je vertaalt het marketingbeleid naar een interne communicatiestrategie en -plannen.- Je ontwikkelt communicatie voor de hele Attentia-community en zorgt voor een coherent verhaal met de externe communicatie.- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor nieuwsbrieven, infosessies, roadshows, workshops en personeelsevenementen.- Je bouwt aan een open en heldere communicatiecultuur en promoot actief de visie en strategie van Attentia.- Je adviseert directie en management over communicatieprioriteiten en legt steeds de link met de strategie.- Je verzorgt alle interne HR-communicatie en maakt van onze medewerkers echte fans van Attentia

**Herken je jezelf hierin?**- Je beschikt over minimum een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in communicatie of marketing.- Een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands en een zeer goede kennis van het Frans.- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol.- Je beschikt over de nodige soft skills en kan weerstand ombuigen naar enthousiasme.- Plannen, coördineren en stressbestendig werken zijn jouw sterke punten.
