**Your challenge as Supplier Performance Manager**
You will have 3 main focus areas:
1. Ensure that warranty requirements are correctly contracted and followed up with suppliers
2. Be the main point of contact of procurement and project team to guaranty continuous support from suppliers with consignment stock and technical expertise.
3. Lead cost claims and charge-back negotiations with suppliers.
**Your ultimate goal**
Your ultimate goal is to insure the performance of Alstom suppliers as per warranty requirements. Your involvement in all our Rolling Stock Contracts in Benelux will be key, during tendering phase, negotiation phase and execution phase of the warranty.
**Your colleagues**
You will be part of the Benelux Product Integration team (135 employees) and will have a stand-alone position directly reporting to the departments Director. Our main contracts are with the following customers: NS, SNCB, STIB and CFL. You will work closely with the Project Managers of those contracts.
**Example of a working day**
You are visiting the depot in Amsterdam for your weekly meeting with the project team and the Procurement manager. The Project manager informs you about a technical issue with the door control unit on 2 trains. The Alstom team managed to solve the issue but will have to back check the rest of the fleet. Discussions have been engaged with the supplier and your support is now needed to review and close the charge-back negotiation with the supplier. On your way back to the office, you call the Procurement Manager in Belgium to confirm if he received the expected batch of complementary consignment stock as you agreed with the HVAC supplier the week before.
Before you are going home, you visit the Product Introduction Cluster Head and together you review the monthly supplier performance KPI dashboard. You define together the priority actions for the next quarter.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Analyze customer requirements regarding supplier for PI activities (spare, tools, consignment, etc.), in line with tender costing assumptions & supplier quotes (gap analyses vs costing & obligations) and propose mitigation action plan
- Support PrPIM to contribute on customer requirements analysis regarding PI supplier commitments (clause by clause in Doors)
- Prepare any relevant documentation to reflect customer & internal PI requirements and follow-up with procurement for proper integration/addition in supplier contract's / complementary Service agreement
- Participate actively to negotiation with each supplier in order to ensure good back to back with customer requirement
- Support back-charging process with relevant back-up PI documentation.
- Support PrPIM to monitor the incident management process/tool in order to follow-up NCR’s/8D with Quality
- Share Best practices identified on supplier management with regards to PI scope with other Regions/Cluster/Country/projects and product Lines
- Contribute to claims and negotiations with external supplier (regarding PI activities)
- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct

**Work location**
You may work in any Alstom location within the Benelux and it therefore doesn’t matter to us if you live in The Netherlands or Belgium. As long as you are willing to travel (1x or 2x per month to other Benelux Alstom location). Working hybrid is also allowed.

The ideal Supplier Performance Manager
You have master degree in Project Management, Procurement, Engineering or Finance. You are a team player with an understanding of the technical topics. You are process orientated and managing your stakeholders. You have experience in project execution and are used to deal with suppliers. You are Contract management oriented and you are striving for successful partnership in Win/Win negotiations. Fluent English is mandatory as Dutch and French are a plus. As a person, you work accurately, have great communication skills and you can provide structure while working in a multidisciplinary team.
