**Context**
The Expertise Center (EC) Commercial is the voice the client within GEMS, it assures that GEMS keeps its client focus to enable commercial development and client loyalty. It is a global community of people with complementary roles: sales, origination, structuring, business development, contract management and customer service, sharing a common purpose to develop commercial activities and collaborating to conclude sustainable and profitable deals with clients.

To spread knowledge, share best practices and develop commercial expertise within this community (and beyond), the EC Commercial has designed the Commercial Academy. Through webcasts, e-learnings, schools and masterclasses, product trainings,GEMSers can develop their skills and competences in sales, structuring, business development, sustainable business, client centricity and other topics related to commercial excellence.

To support the daily management and the further development of the academy (new training programs or e-learnings) the EC commercial is looking for a VIE.

**Role**
✔ Collect expertise from the different country & Business platforms to be spread through the commercial community to support the development of new schools and training programs

✔ Create e-learnings, video’s and presentations around specific contents and implement a mandatory trajectory for people of the commercial academy

✔ Contribute to the daily management of the different schools (manage speakers and participants invitations, take care of the logistics for each school, connect with HR for training administration of participants,)

✔ Support the set-up of a communication plan for each school to attract participants and drive registrations/subscriptions

✔ Facilitate the speaker organization (preparation meetings, plan next sessions)

✔ Debrief each session of a specific school with speakers and EC Commercial management team to adapt, if necessary, the content, the support materials and/or the progress of the training (timing, division into modules, overall coherence )
