**Project Officer**

**Ensemble de tâches**

En tant que Project Officer, vous travaillez sur plusieurs projets simultanément et vos tâches sont variées. Vous vous occupez de l’aspect organisationnel des projets et vous y apportez également un soutien administratif. Cela peut aller de la fixation de réunions, à l’organisation d’événements en passant par la rédaction de procédures et de rapports ou encore la livraison de documents...
- Vous êtes impliqué dans la rédaction du budget du projet et l’analyse des coûts.
- Vous faites office de personne de contact entre les intervenants internes et externes et veillez à une communication fluide.
- Vous collectez, analysez et interprétez les données pour soutenir les résultats des projets.
- Vous êtes responsable du suivi quotidien des projets et de la coordination avec le chef de projet et les autres membres du projet.
- Vous gérez la documentation de projet et préparez les rapports et présentations.
- Vous apportez votre aide dans l’organisation de workshops, réunions et autres événements liés à des projets au niveau national et international.
- Vous veillez au respect des objectifs, des délais et des normes de qualité du projet.
- Le contenu de ces projets est varié, il peut s’agir de sécurité routière, de mobilité ou encore de sécurité.

**Profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier ou d’un master en project management ou en sciences sociales.
- Vous avez déjà une première expérience en gestion de projets et en soutien de projets
- Vous avez un intérêt marqué et des affinités avec la recherche et vous souhaitez approfondir ce domaine afin de mieux soutenir les chercheurs.
- Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes de communicateur, vous exprimez parfaitement en français ou en néerlandais (une maîtrise des deux langues constitue un plus). Vous vous exprimez aisément en anglais.
- Vous pouvez donner des présentations dans votre langue maternelle ou en anglais
- Vous êtes disposé à partir à l’étranger pour effectuer de courtes missions
- Vous travaillez de manière structurée, osez prendre des initiatives et respectez les délais.
- Le travail analytique ne vous effraie pas et vous avez une certaine affinité avec les chiffres et disposez d’une bonne connaissance d’Excel.
- Vous êtes flexible et en quête d’une fonction où vous pouvez travailler en toute autonomie.
