**Position Overview**
**We are looking for an experienced Events Manager who will lead our events strategy and will own all day-to-day operations around events.**
At Axelera AI, each event is a chance to influence the tech industry. As our Events Manager, you'll have the canvas to design, analyse, and enhance events that leave that transform our events into memorable experiences. You will be reporting into the VP of Marketing.

**This is what you’ll be responsible for**:
- End-to-end management of a diverse range of events, from webinars to in-person tradeshows and events, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and business strategy.
- Create event briefs and execution plans, collect and track event leads.
- Utilising social media channels effectively to promote events and engage with potential attendees.
- Collaboration with various senior stakeholders to get assets, messaging, demos and giveaway items created and delivered on time.
- Creating a scalable event engine that optimises for faster, more cost-effective event production over time.
**This is what it would be great if you had**:
- Event management experience, including virtual and in-person formats including tradeshows and conferences.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, ready to manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Social media savviness, with a talent for engaging digital audiences.
- Experience of working within forecasted budgets and showing ROI on events.
- Previous work exposure to Salesforce a plus but not a requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively cross functionally and coordinate all event stakeholders.
- An ability to travel.
**Location**
We offer a flexible working arrangement, with the option to work from or relocate near an Axelera AI office in Eindhoven or Amsterdam, in the Netherlands. Regular visits to Eindhoven will be required if you won't be primarily working out of that office location.
