Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team dat zich specialiseert in SAP HCM-oplossingen. Het team bestaat uit ervaren consultants die samen het verschil maken voor onze klanten. Onder leiding van manager Ine bieden we ondersteuning en implementeren we oplossingen op maat.

**Zo ziet jouw nieuwe job eruit**:
- Je staat in voor de implementatie en het onderhoud van SAP HCM-oplossingen, met focus op Belgische payroll-processen.- Je beheert supportvragen en werkt aan projectmatige opdrachten, afhankelijk van de klantbehoefte.- Je configureert SAP HCM-modules (PA, Time, Payroll, Interfacing) op maat en biedt ondersteuning bij het gebruik ervan.- Je onderhoudt regelmatig (digitaal) overleg met klanten om open cases te bespreken en processen te optimaliseren.- Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie over complexe SAP-oplossingen naar niet-technische contactpersonen.

**Herken je jezelf hierin?**- Je hebt ervaring in SAP HCM en bent vertrouwd met modules zoals PA, Time, Payroll en Interfacing.- Je bent vertrouwd met Belgische payroll in SAP. Kennis van ABAP is een pluspunt.- Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen; je ziet complexiteit als een uitdaging.- Je bent servicegericht, communiceert helder en kunt complexe zaken eenvoudig uitleggen aan niet-technische klanten.- Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend; kennis van Frans is een troef.
