**Jouw werkdag als Atlassian Technical Consultant**:
Jouw uitdaging als Atlassian Technical Expert bij ACA is eigenlijk simpel: je leert grote of kleine **teams beter samenwerken** met behulp van de **Atlassian tools**.

Je werkt **ondersteunend** vanuit een **technische rol** voor de verschillende **klantenprojecten** en helpt functioneel het nodige op poten te zetten.

Door de juiste vragen te stellen, ben je in staat om op korte termijn de **context** en **doelstellingen** **van de opdracht** te begrijpen. Je brengt de **noden** in kaart en ontdekt waarom die noden er precies zijn.

Als expert bij ACA installeer je dus niet zomaar een product, maar is het belangrijker dat je de **zakelijke uitdagingen van onze klanten oplost** **met behulp van de Atlassian tools**.** Verder kan je ook inspringen om **klanten **te** ondersteunen** bij de verandering in hun processen en tools.

Daarbij kom je in een **top team** terecht van gepassioneerde Atlassian consultants, en sta je er niet alleen voor We vinden het belangrijk om samen te werken voor een klant en op deze manier ook kennis en ervaring te delen. Elke ochtend een standup, interessante team meetings en verschillende topics die verder worden uitgediept in aparte workshops.

**Ben jij de geknipte persoon voor deze rol?**:
**Hard skills**:

- Ervaring met **bash, scripting skills**, beperkte programmatie voor automatisatie of functionele doeleinden is een must.
- Je hebt geen schrik om **logfiles**, **hulp tools** en **online resources** efficiënt te doorgronden op zoek naar een oplossing voor de klant.
- Je beschikt over een gezonde interesse in **Agile** en **DevOps automatisatie.**:

- Je hebt al relevante ervaring in en kennis van de **Atlassian tools** (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management), of een vergelijkbaar product.
- Je hebt **minstens 2 jaar ervaring** in twee of meer van de volgende domeinen of je bent hier enorm door gepassioneerd en kan dit aantonen: Agile Coaching, Planning & Tracking tools, Support & Fix tools, Code, CICD tools of collaborative tools.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, en beheerst het Engels goed.

**Technische omgeving**
- Atlassian tools en SDK, Linux, Windows, Docker, PostGreSQL
- Load balancers, Certificaten
- Kennis van Issue tracking tools, wiki’qs, CICD en Git
- Development: Java, Groovy, Scripting, TypeScript, Python

**Soft skills**:

- Je hebt een ‘**can-do**‘ mentaliteit en bent **leergierig.** Je kan je vastbijten om een uitdaging tot een goed einde te brengen.
- Je beschikt over de noodzakelijke **consultancy skills**. Je gaat graag naar klanten, je bent open en sociaal en legt gemakkelijk contact met mensen om snel een goed inzicht te krijgen in hoe het eraan toegaat in het bedrijf van onze klanten.
- Je hebt de nodige **overtuigingskracht** om klanten het nut van de Atlassian producten voor hun bedrijf te doen inzien.
- Je past binnen onze bedrijfscultuur waarin **kwaliteit, respect, klantgerichtheid en teamwerk** centraal staan.
