This position is for you
In your role, as administrative employee you will support Quality for Supplier and Incoming materials teams in all administrative tasks, manage the supplier change notification and interact with multiples stakeholders and across the GSK network.
Fixed-term contract 6 months (renewable)
**Your responsibilities**:
- You will be supporting QSIM teams for KPI generation and monthly update
- You will support QAA (Quality Agreement) updates and generate adequate monthly KPI’s You will support the deployment of QSS Data Integrity plan and initiatives within the team and the department You will support SQ managers in day-to-day activities (e.g: archiving, answer to the administrative site questions, deviation recurrence analysis)
- Access to supplier’s platform in order to download quality documents Collaborate in the implementation of digital systems (Veeva, SEAN) within QSIM department
- You will manage and fill DCF (Data Collection forms) potentially submitted by auditors to allow suitable management of suppliers' assessments.
- You will manage files linked to materials qualifications and supplier's profiles.
- You will ensure support during assessments of GSK by external regulators.

**_ Basic Qualifications:_**
- You have a Level A1/Graduate diploma, bachelor’s in science or equivalent experience in a similar field of activity (5 years of experience)
- You have expertise or polyvalences for several activities of the service
- Precision and accuracy are part of your qualities
- You have the equivalent of ten years of professional experience in the same sector of activity
- You have a strong command of both English and French, spoken as well as written
- You have advanced IT skills to include Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- You are able to work with multiple teams across the department
- You have experience working in a GMP facility, governed by regulatory guidelines and standard operating procedures and SAP experience
