**Supplier Quality Manager**:
Please note that this role is a 6-months assignment.
**Job purpose**:
As the **Supplier Quality Manager,** your role aims to:
- Ensure a robust pipeline of incoming materials sourced from mature suppliers and ensure they comply with GSK Quality expectations, specifications, and registered details.
- Provide quality and regulatory support to ensure clinical (PhIII)/commercial manufacturing, new product introductions for a timely and reliable supply.
**In this role you will...**
- Ensure having a robust pipeline of incoming materials and suppliers (from early Qualification phasis (PhIII) to commercial.
- Recommend and support implementation and continuous improvement of quality processes to ensure GMP expectations for GSK external suppliers are met.
- Build & maintain trusting relationship with external partners whereby influence can be applied & accepted to assure GSK quality standards are met.
- Ensure quality and regulatory compliance for new product introductions by establishing liaisons and performing actions with key-stakeholders and external suppliers to register and maintain product dossiers associated to materials and suppliers.
- Robust compliance with QMS and cGMP requirements of external suppliers throughout GMP Audit process or technical visits.
- Build & maintain good working relationships with external and internal partners, through compliance with applicable SOPs and agreements.
- Ensure support to sites around management of critical and multi-sites escalated issues (i.e. deviations and product technical complaints) in partnership with key stakeholders. Be capable to autonomously identify root causes based on known tools (is-Is not, 5why, 6M...) and corrective actions.
- Be aware of factory 4.0 principle and be capable to identify areas where digitalization could be of benefit.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Degree in Science or Engineering discipline and significant experience in Manufacturing, QC, Engineering, Validation or Quality Operations.
- Developing understanding of quality systems and quality control processes
- Developing knowledge of regulatory requirements including biological product and facility licensing requirements.
- Preferred Qualifications & Skills:_
- Leadership skills (Impact & Influence) ability to negotiate and challenge stakeholders
- English is mandatory, French is an asset
- Ability to navigate into the "grey zone" due to lack of regulations on raw materials
- Experience in Quality Operations or Secondary activities could be an asset
