_ Senior Manager, Supplier Relationship_:
Job purpose:
- Be accountable for managing the relationship for one or several CMO's that is used by GSK Vaccines. The SRM is the Single point of contact for the CMO's for business topics.
- CMO's working for GSK can be either for primary (Bulk) or Secondary (Form, Fill, pack) activities.
In this role you will
- Be accountable and recognized as Central point of contact for the relationship with CMO/external suppliers
- Be accountable for technical management including risk management, deviation ownership, change control authoring and coordinating, Product Technical Specification (PTS) and Method of Production (MOP) review and knowledge management. Participate to TLCT, CC Implementation committee and GPLT.
- Review and approve demand versus supply, assess the capacity available, identify potential risks to service and identify requirements to capacity adjustments to meet future volume projections. Give, understand and master the inputs/outputs of SRM meeting.
- Ensure visibility is given on demand and supply information across the supply chain to ensure proactive management and avoid out of stocks, performance management through setup, measurement, monitoring and reporting of KPI's
- Define strategy for planning master data (e.g. lead time) and for new packaging components.
- Be accountable of the inventory management in order to avoid writeoff and risk of shelf life, ensure supply flow and manage stock according stock policy.
- Drive continuous improvement projects with his/her CMO and with internal and external stakeholders in order to strengthen the CMO operational activities. Support continuous improvement for complex/transversal projects.
- Master business contract content and be accountable that the requirements are fulfilled
- Lead all meetings that are part of the ES governance, both internally (Business Partners & Global functions) and with the external suppliers, to ensure crossfunctional alignment. Set up/review SLA.
- Be the partner of peers and stakeholders in the ES Virtual site, Internal network, Shared Services and Centers of Excellence to share vision and work towards common objectives, promoting enterprise thinking
- Give support to the QA team to ensure compliance of the ES operations with cGMP and Authorities requirements.
- Support the technical/ transfer teams for CMO selection and during the transfer process when required and support a smooth handover between the technical and ES Ops team.
- Timely escalate issues to Manager if required by internal process
- Be a member and represent the CMO at the GPLT (Product Strategy Multidisciplinary team)
- Is accountable to ensure supply continuity by managing the CMO for routine operations as described here above, but also ensure major robustness lifecycle programs are smoothly introduced in the CMOs, as ensuring right knowledge transfer is perform when production is transferred into new sites.
- Ensure visibility is given on demand and supply information across the supply chain to ensure proactive management and avoid out of stocks
- Full understanding on Quality and technical topics to ensure full integration of all perspectives and ensure manufacturing readiness according to Supply needs.
- Ability to prepare major contract amendment (annual spend above £10m)
- Proactive view on critical risks and ownership of mitigation defined.

- Qualifications & Skills:_
- Master in sciences (engineering, pharmacy, biology )
- Extended experience in the pharmaceutical industry in one or two of the following areas: Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, MSAT
- Preferred Qualifications & Skills:_
- Good understanding of a filling line of production
- Knowledge in visual inspection is a huge plus
- Ability to conduct investigations (DMAIC methodology) and proceed with continuous improvement activities (Green Belt)
- Ability to create a structured communication plan with key stakeholders
- Proactiveness, problemsolver
- English fluency, French is a plus
- Willing to travel
