_ Supplier & Incoming material Quality Specialist_:
Job purpose:
- Ensure Incoming materials and suppliers quality Intelligence & business strategic projects
- Define standards, processes and systems related to incoming materials
- Ensure site governances & quality reviews
- Support to sites & technical R&D to meet their compliance and compliance objectives.
- Ensure proactive supplier continuous improvements
- Buildi capability through education and support in SQA topics through GSK Vaccines organization.
In this role you will
- Ensure quality of suppliers, service providers and Incoming materials portfolios for the whole the GSK Vaccines network.
- Understand & manage autonomously global qualification activities of incoming materials & suppliers in partnerships with key stakeholders (procurement/MSAT/QC/Engineering/Local IM teams).
- Understand & manage autonomously the lifecycle activities of incoming materials.
- Manage autonomously investigations of site's escalated issues, as well as corrective & preventive actions.
- Understand & manage autonomously initial assessment of all suppliers' notifications.
- Understand & manage autonomously the implementation of QSIM business initiatives and quality improvement plans that will support a robust supply pipeline.
- Manage suppliers autonomously, throughout the Supplier Relationship Model (SRM) to ensure a followup of Quality initiatives and implementation of quality requirements.
- Understand and deploy autonomously regulatory constraints (GMP, ISO), as well as internal procedures, related to management of suppliers & incoming materials.
- Understand and manage autonomously the implementation of Quality Agreements and negotiate GSK product specification requirements.
- Promote a customer focus spirit. Develop a network of collaborative internal relationship and supplier network.
- Support trainees and externals on specific activities.
Why you? _**- Qualifications & Skills:_
- Master's degree in Engineering degree, Pharmacist, PhD in a relevant scientific or technical discipline
- Broad experience in a GMP environment (Incoming Material, Quality, Manufacturing)
- Fluency in English and French are required
- Preferred Qualifications & Skills:_
- Good Knowledge of regulatory and quality system requirements and ability to explain and negotiate with supplier organizations to comply with standards.
- Good verbal and written communications skills to ensure issues, risks and opportunities are well understood by all parties and that effective actions are put in place.
- Good Ability to function efficiently in a matrix organization in order to ensure effective use of resource and communication of issues to all impacted sites / functions.
- Demonstrated ability in project management experience.
- Ability to influence stakeholders to ensure implementation of appropriate regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Ability in planning and executing supplier technical visits to identify, manage, correct and reduce significant risks / noncompliances
