Job description:
We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist for an exciting project involving the technology transfer of new vaccines in clinical phases in a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to the development and production of innovative vaccines.
Mission:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful technology transfer of vaccines, both in early-phase (Phases 1 & 2) and late-phase (Phase 3 & "to commercial") projects.
- Coordinate and oversee quality control activities related to technology transfer projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain quality documentation.
- Drive project progress by effectively managing timelines and resources.
- Communicate project updates and issues to relevant stakeholders.
Profile Requirement:
We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications and experiences:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
- Experience in process development, technology transfer, drug substance, drug product, or clinical development (early or late phases).
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Middle level of experience, ranging from 4 to 6 years.
- Background in pharmaceutical sciences or related fields.
- Previous experience in project coordination or project management is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
