**Jobomschrijving**:
- Als laad
- en los operator speel je een cruciale rol in het veilig en efficiënt laden en lossen van chemische producten in weg
- en spoorcontainers en binnenschepen.
- Je maakt de verbinding tussen de opslagtank en de container via (flexibele) darm, monteert de gepaste koppelstukken en verzekert een lekvrije lading of lossing.
- Je werkt in een twee-ploegensysteem zonder nachtwerk, en stapt in een beurtrolsysteem voor weekendpermanentie.
- Je bent klantgericht in je contacten met chauffeurs en andere collega’s in de logistieke keten.
- Je bent stipt in de toepassing van de correcte product
- en transportreglementering en bij het invullen en nazien van laad
- en losdocumenten.
- Het is belangrijk dat onze installaties in goede staat verkeren, je staat dan ook in voor kleine herstellingen en preventieve controle van de werkmiddelen.
- Veiligheid komt voor jou op de eerste plaats en ook wanneer het wat drukker wordt, verlies je dat nooit uit het oog.
- Met de hulp van jouw ‘jobcoach’ en een gestructureerd opleidingsplan, word je ingewijd in alle geheimen van het vak.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je bent gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen in een technische omgeving.
- Je bent actief ingesteld, jouw werkgebied is vooral ‘out-door’ en op het einde van de dag heb je meestal een mooie score op je stappenteller.
- Ook bij routinetaken verlies je nooit je aandacht voor risico’s op het vlak van veiligheid en milieu.
- Flexibiliteit is een must in een uitgesproken klantgerichte omgeving.
- Je beschikt over een positieve sociale ingesteldheid en houdt ervan om samen te werken in team.
