Standardisation & Service Readiness Manager

Als jij gedreven bent, een passie hebt voor het managen van **multidisciplinaire projecten **en beschikt over minimum een bachelor diploma in IT met aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke rol, dan ben jij wellicht de perfécte kandidaat.
**Jouw uitdaging**
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het **coördineren** van diverse projecten en zorg je dat we vanuit standaardisatie en **schaalbaarheid** de juiste **efficiëntie** bereiken in het leveren van IT-diensten. Je bewaakt de voortgang van het programma, inclusief budget, kwaliteit en tijdlijnen en neemt proactief maatregelen om risico’s te beheersen. Daarnaast speel je een cruciale rol in het implementeren van operationele processen en om de **hoogwaardige en kwalitatieve IT-services** in te richten volgens de businessconcepten, overtuigingen en waarden van de organisatie. Hoe ziet een gemiddelde dag er voor je uit?
- Faciliteren van communicatie en samenwerking tussen verschillende teams en belanghebbenden.
- Rapporteren aan het management over de voortgang, resultaten en eventuele afwijkingen binnen het programma.
- Evalueren van de programmaresultaten en het identificeren van mogelijkheden voor verbetering.
**Wie ben jij?**
- Je bent dynamisch, gericht op verandering en neemt graag het initiatief.
- Je bent een communicatieve teamspeler die ook in staat is zelfstandig te werken.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwgezet.
- Je bent gebeten door IT
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke rol.
- Je hebt minimum een bachelor diploma of Master in IT.
