Teleperformance Belgium BV startte haar activiteiten in maart 2021. Op vandaag zijn we uitgegroeid tot een bedrijf van 100 collega's. Maar onze ambitie stopt natuurlijk niet daar. In de komende jaren willen wij verder uitgroeien tot de partner of choice in de contact industrie in België.
Tot op heden werd de financiële administratie voor TP Belgium vanuit Nederland georganiseerd. Nu het bedrijf verder doorgroeit is er nood aan een voltijdse Finance Manager vanaf locatie Antwerpen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?
- Je zal optreden als financiële eindverantwoordelijke voor de Antwerpse vestiging, je zal voor een aantal zaken kunnen rekenen op de ondersteuning vanuit het Benelux & Suriname team;
- Je staat in voor het ontwerpen van het financieel beleidsplan en het opmaken van de budgetten;
- Je verzorgt de kostenanalyse en je optimaliseert verschillende boekhoudkundige activiteiten i.s.m. met het SSC;
- Je verzorgt de maandelijkse closing en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de periodieke rapportering aan de CFO;
- Je denkt mee over hoe je het ERP systeem kan optimaliseren in termen van automatisatie;
- Je staat in voor het analyseren van kredietmogelijkheden, cashflow en contacten met de bank;
- Je onderhoudt contacten met financiële instanties en externe partners;
- Je bent voor alle financiële zaken het directe aanspreekpunt voor de Operations Director en HR Director België. Je zetelt in je hoedanigheid van Finance Manager dan ook in het Directiecomité België
- Je participeert in business reviews, je analyseert financiële performance en KPI's en doet suggesties naar verbeteringen
**Profil**:
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma in een economische richting.
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie of als controller achter de rug.
- Gedegen kennis van BE GAAP, IFRS en fiscale wet en regelgeving is een must
- Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en het Engels, het Frans is een plus.
- Je hebt kennis van MSOffice365. Kennis van Power BI is een grote plus.
- Je bent IT-minded en je durft initiatief nemen.
