Our client is a main provider of software developing services in the transport industry, based in Brussels with offices close to a main railway station.

**Functieomschrijving**:
You will facilitate the indication and realization of projects regarding digitalization of our client’s digitalization projects:

- You work together with a network of all kind of colleagues to collect and implement ideas regarding ;
- You will capture ideas from the business and inform yourself about the industry's best practices;
- You will budget and prioritize ideas with management, the local IT department(s) involved and colleagues involved;
- You will explain O365 and other digitization platforms that we will support in the future;
- You will explain Security initiatives based on input from CISO;
- You will operate as the central point of contact and communicate the IT vision, procedures, policies and governance related to digitization for the department(s) assigned to you;
- You will evaluate the existing Business Managed IT and formulate improvement and digitization proposals;
- You will implement the joint digital objectives;
- You will be the IT SPOC for all Business Managed IT within the department(s) assigned to you.

**Vereiste ervaring**:

- You feel at home in a large, layered environment that is in full change and about which everyone has an opinion
- You have experience with and a vision of how organizations realize their objectives through digitization;
- You have a **Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Master in Economics, Master in Commercial Engineering, MBA, or you are a Bachelor with proven professional experience or expert by relevant experience;**:

- **You have proven experience in leading digitization projects that lead to tangible results**;
- Having operational knowledge of new technologies is a plus such as blockchain, IoT, A.I. and VR,
- You are willing to delve into this further developments and to follow up on new developments;
- **Having knowledge of M365, including PowerApps, Forms and Flow is a must**. Being in familiar with the following tooling is a plus : digital platforms, PowerBI, Office 365 (Onedrive, Teams, SharePoint,), Azure, ServiceNow,
- You have experience in relationship management and leadership, you have diplomatic skills;
- You have knowledge of Organizational Change Management **(ADKAR), **having experience is a plus;
- Having knowledge of Community Management and networking is a plus, having Project Management experience and knowledge of PM methodologies (PRINCE2, PM², PMBOK,) is a plus;
- **You are willing to travel all over the country**, chasing for digitalization opportunities.
- You have good knowledge of **Dutch, French and English, both orally and in writing**.
