Our mission is to facilitate and accelerate the sustainability agenda, driven by three forces:
**CONNECT** - we organize networking opportunities for our members around burning sustainability challenges;
**COMMIT** - we help our members formulate their long-term sustainability goals;
**CHANGE** - we set up innovative change projects for the most complex challenges with members who want to go the extra mile.

The UN’s Sustainable Development Goals act as guiding principles, the young generations help challenge the status quo.

Our objective is to accelerate the transition to a socio-economic model that is creating wellbeing for all within the planetary boundaries. To lead the way to a net-zero economy, we launched the Belgian Alliance for Climate Action (BACA), a joint initiative by WWF Belgium & The Shift. Since over three years, BACA is the national climate platform where organisations, mainly companies, join forces on a decarbonisation track based on the Science Based Targets methodology and demonstrate ambitious climate leadership. BACA is a platform where member organisations can exchange information, inspire each other and provide visibility. In addition, the BACA members are motivating other organisations and decision-makers to show more climate ambition.

To further grow our impact with our members, we’re actively looking for a Change Facilitator to reinforce our climate work with the Belgian Alliance for Climate Action.

**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our Change team as a Change Facilitator, with a primary focus on the BACA project. As part of the Change team, you will also collaborate on various sustainability topics, working closely with our members and partners.

As Change Facilitator you connect members and engage them in taking ambitious commitments to finally drive the change agenda with our members (connect - commit - change). You have clear objectives and are driven by making impact with a multistakeholder community. Together with our members and partners, you develop innovative business models and societal projects aimed at tackling the major challenges facing our community.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- 1. Coordinate the Belgian Alliance for Climate Action & drive impact_
- Engage BACA members in carbon reduction measures and supply chain engagement through peer-to-peer exchange
- Increase commitment of BACA members towards validated Science-Based Targets
- Create visibility for BACA members as climate frontrunner community
- Collaborate with WWF as knowledge partner
- Partner with other climate initiatives in Belgium and Europe to scale impact
- Identify new opportunities to scale the BACA community
- 2. Community management_
- You motivate potential members to join the network
- You actively support the cross-disciplinary activities offered to members
- You will work with a CRM system to follow up on the member engagements
- You will be responsible for around fifty members, with whom you will be in regular contact

**PROFILE**:

- You are passionate about sustainability and partnerships in the field of climate and other ESG-topics
- You are comfortable to work in a B2B environment
- You have an analytical mind, are solution-oriented and impact-driven
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in project management (planning, budgeting, impact measurement)
- You have good communication skills, both verbally and written
- You have good knowledge of French and/or Dutch and English in speaking and writing.
- You are excellent in multistakeholder management
- You enjoy working in a small but dynamic team
- You can work independently, set priorities and stay focused on objectives
