Bij Labcorp zoeken we een **Trainer Kit Productie **voor onze gloednieuwe, groeiende productiesite in Mechelen. Als Trainer Kit Productie zal je instaan voor het verder ontwikkelen en definiëren van onboarding/training en zorgen voor het implementeren en harmonizeren van een trainingsplan over alle shiften heen.

**Jouw **verantwoordelijkheden** als Trainer Kit Productie omvatten**:

- Instaan voor de dagelijkse training/coaching van een team van buddies die productiemedewerkes over de verschillende productielijnen trainen op taken
- Optreden als coach en algemeen aanspreekpunt voor trainingsgerelateerde vragen
- Bijhouden van de individuele leerprocessen van elke medewerker en dit bespreken met de desbetreffende leidinggevenden
- Uitwerken en implementeren van nieuwe praktische en theoretische opleidingen op basis van de trainingsvragen
- Administratieve opvolging van de trainingen
- Opstellen van standaarden voor trainingen, certificaten (SOP/WI)
- Opstellen van een algemeen opleidingsplan voor nieuwe en bestaande medewerkers
- Rapporteren aan uw leidinggevenden betreffende de vooruitgang van de trainingen/mensen en eventuele bemerkingen
- Adviseer nieuwe ideeën om het trainingsprogramma te verbeteren

**Vereisten**:

- Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Minimum 2 jaar ervaring in een productie omgeving
- Kennis van didactische of coachingstechnieken is een must
- Goede kennis over de gangbare processen en methodieken binnen een productieomgeving
- Teamplayer en motivator met goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Sterke organisatie
- en planningsvaardigheden
- Perfecte kennis van Micrtosoft Office Suite
- Aandacht voor details
- Perfecte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
