BATIBOUW+ is het bedrijf bij uitstek voor het online in contact brengen van particulieren en vakmannen.
BATIBOUW+ op zoek naar een tweetalig (nl/fr) Project Manager (m/v).
Uw missie? Het opvolgen van een portfolio van klanten, evenals het garanderen van hun tevredenheid wat betreft de ingeplande afspraken met particulieren.
Één keer per maand zal u contact opnemen met al uw klanten om hen nieuwe afspraken (leads) voor te stellen, met als doel dat elke vakman het juiste jaarlijkse aantal afspraken krijgt waarop hij contractueel recht heeft.
Om deze afspraken te kunnen plaatsen zal u samen met uw klanten de beschikbaarheden moeten vaststellen waarbinnen deze afspraken mogen geplaatst worden.
Er is een goede kennis van elke klant vereist om afspraken in te plannen die zo goed mogelijk aan zijn verwachtingen voldoen (qua activiteitensector, regio, )

- Ervaring in een callcenter functie is een pluspunt.
**Algemene vereisten**:
U bent jong, enthousiast, ondernemend en houdt van uitdagingen.
U houdt van telefonisch contact en u kan zelfzeker zijn ten opzichte van de klanten.
U bent vertrouwd met administratief software toepassingen (Excel, E-mail, webbrowser).
U bent resultaatgericht en zet alles in het werk om de groepsobjectieven te bereiken.
U bent flexiebel wat het uurrooster betreft.
U beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
U bent georganiseerd, autonoom en werkt graag in groepsverband.
