Bij Proximedia zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en tweetalige (FR/NL) administratief medewerker om ons jonge en dynamische team bij BatibouwPlus te versterken. Als je graag telefonisch contact hebt, behulpzaam bent en op zoek bent naar een functie waarin je het verschil kunt maken, dan is deze vacature iets voor jou
Als administratief medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van een portefeuille van vakmannen actief in de renovatie
- en bouwsector.
Je zorgt voor het koppelen van leads en het maken van afspraken tussen vakmannen en particulieren die op zoek zijn naar een aannemer.
Maandelijks neem je telefonisch contact op met je klanten om hen nieuwe offerteaanvragen voor te stellen, zodat elke professional het overeengekomen aantal leads ontvangt.
**Werkervaring**:
- Geen specifieke vereisten - Ervaring in een callcenter functie is een pluspunt.
**Algemene vereisten**:
- U bent jong, enthousiast, ondernemend en houdt van uitdagingen.
- Goede kennis van het gesproken Frans.
- Tweetaligheid (FR/NL) is een grote pluspunt.
- Je bent klant
- en servicegericht, hebt een vriendelijke en enthousiaste stem, houdt van telefonisch contact en bent assertief ten opzichte van klanten.
- Je kunt zowel zelfstandig werken als comfortabel in een teamomgeving waar persoonlijke en collectieve doelstellingen belangrijk zijn.
- Een positieve instelling is zeer belangrijk. Jouw enthousiasme en inzet zijn namelijk het visitekaartje van het bedrijf.
