- en ventilatietechnologie. Vaillant biedt haar klanten wereldwijd milieuvriendelijke en energiebesparende systemen die hoofdzakelijk werken op duurzame energie. Het productaanbod omvat zonneboiler
- en zonnepaneelsystemen, warmtepompen, gecombineerde warmte
- en energiesystemen en verwarmingstoestellen met een hoog rendement op basis van fossiele brandstoffen en slimme thermostaten. Het bedrijf telt meer dan 16.000 werknemers. Vaillant is op zoek naar een IT Manager voor hun vestiging in België, Drogenbos Brussel.
**Functieomschrijving**
Als IT Manager neem jij de leiding op van een team van 8 personen. Je zal rapporteren aan de Regional IT Manager en de Country Manager voor België en hebt een zowel een strategische als operationele rol. Onder andere volgende taken behoren tot je takenpakket:
- Het detecteren, opzetten, uitwerken en opvolgen van IT projecten.
- Het overall project portfolio management van alle IT projecten.
- Adviesverlening richting het management wat betreft het bepalen van een duurzame ICT-strategie op lange termijn, die voldoet aan alle business noden en eisen.
- Het aansturen van 8 personen. De personen ga jij coachen en begeleiden met hun dagdagelijkse taken.
- Het initiëren van nieuwe projecten én hieraan actief meewerken. Samen met het team werk je naar het beoogde doel.
- Het verzekeren van de business continuïteit dmv een duurzaam IT beleid met een duidelijke visie en strategie.
**Profielomschrijving**
- Je hebt al een aantal jaren ervaring in IT Management.
- Je kent SQL en kan hier handson advies over verlenen aan collega’s en je kan je weg vinden in datastructuren.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en durft al eens wat Frans te spreken.
- Je kan vlot en duidelijk communiceren.
- Je maakt je beslissingen doordacht en gaat niet impulsief aan de slag.
- Je bent een toegankelijk persoon die graag meedenkt met zijn collega’s.
- Je bent een echte people manager met een strategische blik.
