Allianz - Le Graduate Program, est une opportunité pour les jeunes talents de découvrir plusieurs domaines via le programme de rotations uniques en vue de construire votre carrière et cela au sein du numéro 1 mondial de l'assurance.
**NOTRE MISSION**
Nous avons sélectionné pour vous des coachs techniques de qualité qui vont suivront tout au long du programme. Nous avons créé pour vous, un parcours de deux ans qui vous permet de découvrir les différents écosystèmes clés au sein d’Allianz. Notre volonté est de vous impliquer dans nos projets stratégiques concrets où votre impact sera décisif. A vous de saisir les opportunités qui se présenteront à vous pour vous développer davantage:
- Découvrir ensemble: Nous vous emmenons dans un voyage, un parcours où vous devrez sortir de votre zone de confort mais où vous pourrez en apprendre beaucoup. Vous aurez l'occasion de découvrir où se trouvent vos forces et où réside votre cœur. Un vrai voyage de découverte.
- Créer: qu'il s'agisse d'une analyse de données, d'une évaluation des risques ou d'une amélioration pour le client, dès le premier jour, nous veillons à ce que vous ayez un impact au sein de notre groupe Benelux
- Croissance: en tant qu'innovateur dans le monde de l'assurance, faites vos premiers pas dans notre environnement international stimulant, innovant qui vous prépareront à une carrière incroyablement
- Il s'agit d'un poste au niveau Benelux. Vous travaillerez donc à l'international. Ce programme assure le lancement de votre carrière (internationale)
**NOTRE PROGRAMME**
Il s'agit d'un programme de 2 ans qui débutera en
**septembre 2023**.
Au cours de ces 2 années, vous verrez 4 départements différents par rotation. Vous pouvez suivre
**4 trajets différentes**, à savoir
**Finance, Life & Health, P&C ou Strategy & Transformation**.
Le choix vous appartient Vous recevrez plus d'informations à ce sujet lors de la première rencontre.
**Vous vous retrouvez dans ces caractériques ?**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master avec un background quantitatif: statistique, économétrie, mathématiques, sciences actuarielles, ou une formation en management, économie avec un intérêt pour le digital ; c'est ce que nous recherchons.
- Avez-vous obtenu Master en plus ? Super, nous pensons certainement que c'est une valeur ajoutée.
- Vous apportez beaucoup d'importance aux détails et vous travaillez très précisément
- Vous avez un esprit critique, vos amis vous décrivent comme une personne analytique
- Avez-vous déjà programmé quelque chose? Alors c'est aussi un plus (R, Python, etc.)
- Vous savez travailler en équipe, et êtes orienté client, flexible, créatif et entreprenant - le dynamisme et la passion vous caractérisent bien.
- Si vous avez déjà une première expérience, c'est aussi un plus
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences communicationnelles, vous parlez le français avec une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais, la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout considérable.

**UN APERCU DU PROCESSUS DE SELECTION**
- Étape 3: un test en ligne pour vous découvrir
- Étape 4: un business case où nous vous sortons complètement de votre zone de confort
- Étape 5: Entretiens RH et Business. Nous discuterons avec vous des résultats des étapes précédentes et de ce à quoi ressemblera l'avenir.
- Étape 6: Rangez votre stylo, l'offre peut être signée et nous vous attendons avec impatience
